BUILDING A MOBILE-FIRST LOGISTICS PLATFORM FOR SHIPMENT BOOKING & CARGO TRACKING

JP Logistics approached CAD to design and build a mobile-first digital logistics platform, a complete system to modernise how their customers book shipments, purchase packaging, and track cargo in real time. The project encompassed three interconnected components: a customer-facing mobile application for iOS and Android, an admin management system for internal logistics staff, and an API integration layer connecting the platform to JP Logistics' existing internal systems and payment gateways. CAD's role was to architect and deliver the full solution end-to-end from system design and UX through to development, integration, testing, and production launch.
