What does it cost?
Most first versions cost £15,000–£40,000. A short scoping sprint gives you a fixed quote, so you know the price before you commit.
Will the AI say the wrong thing to my customers?
We build it to answer only from what you approve. Yalu never guesses a price — it uses the resort’s rate card — and send12 answers only from its own expert guidance.
I only have an idea. Is that too early?

Which AI models do you use?
Whichever fits the job. We work with the major providers such as OpenAI and Google, and choose on quality, cost and where your data needs to stay. You are not locked in to one.
What happens to my data?
We are a UK company and handle your data under UK GDPR. We design each product so your data is only used for your product, and we will explain exactly where it is stored and processed before we build.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Once the project is paid for, the code and product are yours.
What will it cost to run?
AI products have running costs as well as build costs — mainly hosting and the AI provider’s usage fees. We estimate these up front in the scoping sprint, so there are no surprises.
How long does it take?
It depends on the product, which is what the scoping sprint pins down. A focused first version is typically a matter of weeks, not months.
